My expertise spans beverages, cereals, bakery, functional nutrition and ambient food categories, with a strong focus on turning early-stage concepts into scalable, commercially viable products ready for industrial manufacture. I combine deep technical expertise with hands-on founder experience, having launched both plant-based and milk-based drinks brands from concept through to national distribution and investment raising. My background includes senior innovation and NPD roles across companies including Kraft Foods / Mondelēz, Weetabix and Dawn Foods, alongside consulting support for scaling brands across the UK, Europe and USA.

My areas of expertise include product development, formulation and reformulation, functional beverages, nutrition-led innovation, manufacturing scale-up, co-manufacturing, cost optimisation, factory troubleshooting, regulatory alignment and commercialisation strategy. I also have extensive experience in patent-led innovation, with 29 granted patents and more than 50 international patent applications across beverage and food systems.

I work with funded start-ups and established brands looking to reduce technical and commercial risk, accelerate development and successfully bring differentiated food and beverage products to market.
