Saliha is a Pakistani chef, entrepreneur, and the founder of Third Culture Kat, a condiment company dedicated to honouring heritage, fostering community, and championing ethical sourcing. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu London with a Grand Diplòme in culinary arts, she has worked in some of London’s most renowned kitchens. Yet her journey began far from the fine dining world in the mango orchards of Pakistan, where three generations of her family have nurtured the land. This intimate connection to agriculture instilled in her a deep respect for the people behind every ingredient.
