We handle a wide variety of ingredients with multiple processes and product formats, and we operate both low-risk and high-risk areas producing both cooked and ready-to-eat products. Our capabilities can equally be compared to a bakery operation producing artisan pastry products or a recipe meals plant producing complex Asian cooking pastes. 

We have followed Tastebuds journey from its inception as the Food Innovation Cluster and become involved as Tastebuds has evolved into a trade organisation for the local food and drink community. It’s a unique member model for food & drink businesses to work together within in a non-competing trade organisation.

Within the food & drink sector we all offer something different but share the same challenges, it’s a regulatory focussed industry which is volume driven and often suffers from margin challenges and wider market forces. Therefore, it makes complete sense to collectively work together as a network to champion the sector, promoting cooperation & collaboration.
