In this workshop, you will learn practical strategies to reduce food waste in your food and drink businesses, from utilising food waste to proper food storage. The session will also include a hands-on kimchi-making activity, demonstrating how to preserve vegetables and extend their shelf life while creating a delicious, nutritious dish.
By the end of the workshop, attendees will have the knowledge and skills to minimise waste and create sustainable food habits within their business. Whilst also saving funds!
