Showcasing Local Talent at SFFF

Alex headed to the Speciality & Fine Food Fair (SFFF) with six incredible businesses from our network. Together, we celebrated the best of Norfolk’s food and drink scene and introduced buyers and industry leaders to some of the most exciting emerging brands. Shining a Spotlight on Innovation

We’ve been working with the John Innes Centre to film case study content with HiFe Foods and Beantastic Hummus — the proud winners of the inaugural Collaboration Awards. It’s inspiring to capture the stories of businesses pushing boundaries in food innovation.

 

Making Carrow House our Home

Community starts with comfort! We’ve given our office at Carrow House a makeover to create a more welcoming space for members and visitors alike (yes, we even have our own slippers!). We will be in the office together every Monday, so let us know if you'd like to come and meet in person. What is next, Tastebuds branded oodies perhaps?

 

Celebrating Our Community

  • We’ve had wonderful calls with new members joining the Tastebuds family.
  • Charlotte was named a finalist at the Norfolk Women’s Marketing Awards — a huge congratulations!
  • Alex joined the Agri-Food Industry Council meeting, ensuring our members’ voices are part of the bigger conversations shaping the sector.

 

Exploring New Horizons

We’ve also been in discussions with local food and drink vendors about an exciting new project: transforming Carrow House’s car park into a matchday experience hub. Watch this space — big things could be coming!

 

Growing Together

  • We hosted our fourth Advisory Board meeting, bringing brilliant minds together to steer the collective forward.
  • Launched a whole range of new workshops and webinars designed to help members learn fresh skills and grow their businesses. Check them out here.
  • Partnered with students on a collaboration project, digging into data to strengthen lead generation, attract new members, and understand the real value of Tastebuds membership.
