Lee’s passion for food started young and has remained with him all his life.
A qualified and time-served chef with Michelin star-experience, there isn’t much he doesn’t know about great cooking and how ingredients play with each other to achieve the best-tasting results.
His love affair with chillies came later – about 2016 to be precise. Experimenting (like he does!) with some chillies he’d grown on his own windowsill, he created the now infamous Original Reaper chilli sauce, and he was hooked.
Fuelled by his love of great food and determined to share his knowledge and expertise with everyone he can, Lee went on to blend and sell the other signature chilli products you can find on this website.
